About the role
- Our team is the repair hub for all, global Wireline technologies.
- We provide a high level of service to ensure the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of our innovative equipment.
- Plan and deploy resources as needed to meet the needs of the customer in order to provide flawless execution.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to the Service Delivery Team by managing equipment orders, transfers, and transactions as well as other action items upon request.
- Working with technical support functions in gathering technical information upon request.
Skills
- Have Project managing/coordinating experience (preferred)
- SAP and Excel
