About the role
- Conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses to identify the most applicable and effective maintenance, who should conduct it and how often it needs to be accomplished.
Responsibilities
- Develop new or modify existing maintenance requirements for submarine systems and components for all classes Manage the development of the associated maintenance products.
- Overview Department 408 performs logistics changes and support to supported submarine classes and creates and maintains maintenance products to supported submarine classes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or higher At least 6 years of U.S. Navy submarine experience.
- Proficiency with MS OFFICE applications.
- Required: High School Diploma/GED or higher At least 6 years of U.S. Navy submarine experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with navy maintenance conduct and documents.
- Naval Nuclear Trained Skills This position requires strong decision making, program management, work ethics, and the ability and willingness to learn new processes.
- Candidate must be highly motivated, perform independently, as well as interact with other groups and organizations.
- The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills including technical writing.
- Candidate must have the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Preferred: Experience with navy maintenance conduct and documents.
