Requirements

- familiarity with OEE systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3-5 years in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
- Working knowledge of Lean/CI tools (5S, A3, SMED, VSM basics)
- Experience supporting manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Operations-related discipline.
Compensation
