About the role
- As a Dietary Technician at Allina Health, you ensure patients receive meals that align with their dietary needs and preferences.

- 0.5 FTE (40 hours per two-week pay period)
Responsibilities
- You'll guide patients in making informed food choices, monitor for allergies, and help maintain compliance with dietary orders-playing a vital role in their care and recovery.
- This includes well-being dollars, dedicated well-being navigators, and many programs, activities, articles, videos, personal coaching and tools to support you on your journey.
- Processes and maintains patient diet orders, menus and related nutrition information/records.
Requirements
- May make infant formulas and assemble enteral/tube feedings as required.
Nice to have
- Dietetic Technician
- Registered (DTR) credential
- Commission of Dietetic Registration
- 2 years experience in a diet office as a diet clerk/technician
- Dietetic Technician - Registered (DTR) credential - Commission of Dietetic Registration
Compensation
- $22.49 to $29.40 per hour
- The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range.
- Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
