Compensation
- $211,000 - $316,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
- Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $190,000 - $286,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
- Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $190,000 - $286,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Company info
- A masters or Ph.D. degree in computer science, mathematics or related areas with extensive research/project experience in data science, experimentation, digital product optimization, math, statistics, etc.
- Have built and extensively used data pipelines in a variety of data warehouse environments.
- Proficiency with Python and SQL
- In-depth experience with Spark/Hadoop
- Has 2+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist in the past and is familiar with the Experimentation space, including hands-on experience using experimentation products
- Are interested and comfortable communicating with customers as a trusted advisor
