About the role
- Spring Semester, Summer Break, or Fall Semester - with the option to combine.
- Subject to hot, cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location.

Responsibilities
- Caddell's internship program offers the opportunity for students to apply academic knowledge, develop hands-on skills, and explore construction career pathways.
- This program is ideal for students pursuing Building Science, Construction Management, Science, Civil Engineering or a related field, with a desire to pursue a Project Manager, Estimator or Superintendent career path.
- Hands-on experience in the field on a large scale self-perform construction project
Requirements
- Pursuing college or university accredited degree program
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a security clearance (sponsored by Caddell)
- Must be available for the duration of the internship.
