Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery
- Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
- You'll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our collaborative treatment environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.
Nice to have
- EMDR experience is highly preferred
Compensation
- Up to $100,000 annually.
- This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement.
- Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.
- With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.
