Responsibilities
- Build and configure customer workflows inside GovWell by creating digital forms, automations, and process logic that reflect real-world government operations
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to support implementations, translating defined requirements into accurate, scalable configurations within the product
- Provide live chat support to customers and users through Intercom, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience
