- update customer information in point of sale (POS) system as needed.
- Ensure the waiting room and sales floor are well maintained and the sales floor is properly stocked during downtime, delegating these tasks to other team members as needed.
- Fill online orders in a quick and efficient manner, keeping customer experience and state compliance at the forefront.
- Serve as a role model for store employees in sales generation and customer service by making the customer experience the priority.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, partnering with management as needed.
- Open and close the store, assist with intake of product, and inventory counts.
- Actively participate in management and store meetings, offering suggestions for employee development, sales opportunities, and organizational improvements.
