As a Clinical Nurse Specialist you will: •Outcomes Manager: Establishes strategic plan, provides resources and has a clear vision for specialty/service line.
Synthesizes data, information and knowledge to evaluate and achieve optimal client outcomes.

Applicants may be required to furnish proof of vaccination.
Graduate of an approved, accredited school of nursing and completion of a Master's degree in Nursing with an emphasis on the Clinical Nurse Specialist role and required competencies.

Uses appropriate teaching principles and strategies to teach healthcare professionals.

$83,112.12 - $124,675.20 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Establishes strategic plan, provides resources and has a clear vision for specialty/service line.
Advocate for professional Nursing practice and the interdisciplinary health care team.
Uses health information systems and technology to improve health care outcomes and to obtain evidence-based practices.
Recommends tools to effectively evaluate, summarize an communicate patient's progress toward outcomes to members of the healthcare team, patient and family.
Progressive experience in health care including involvement in direct patient care, educating staff and system-level problem solving.
