Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration and a minimum of three years project leadership/management experience
  • 2+ years in the P & C Insurance Industry
  • Experience migrating legacy software systems to web-based software systems
  • Experience sun-setting legacy software systems
  • Experience in a multi-state sales distribution environment
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and audit mitigation
  • Experience with Java development

Nice to have

  • Technical experience in:
  • Programming languages
  • Operating systems
  • Enterprise wide technology planning issues
  • Systems operation practices
  • System development methodologies
  • Tools and products used in structured systems development
  • Mainframe, distributed system and/or Web based systems
