Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and lead repair efforts for mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans, monitor equipment performance, and lead improvement projects Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Develop and update spare parts inventory and procurement strategies

Requirements

  • Ability to travel within the US and internationally, up to 10% of the time Ability to walk, stand, sit, and navigate around equipment in a chemical manufacturing facility
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with maintenance software and diagnostic tools.
