Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy or business operations
  • Proven career in Supply Chain Operations
  • Proven experience working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment
  • You are a strong operator capable of translating strategy into measurable action while ensuring consistent delivery against business objectives.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Previous role as Chief of Staff for CSCO strongly preferred

Compensation

  • $177,920.00 - $266,880.00 Annual
  • Incentive Compensation:
  • In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 25% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
