Responsibilities
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, and logistics operations. Upload all shipping documentation, including pre-ship photos, packing slips and Bill of Lading (BOL) into WorkNet.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years' experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- After 75 years, we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible.
- Cover for the Shipping Supervisor when absent and any other duties as required by the manager / supervisor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track and manage shipments, and documentation, ensuring all logistical tasks are executed with precision.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the logistics process.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse personnel, production personnel, and transportation providers, to achieve common logistics objectives.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting customer needs and expectations by delivering products on time, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of service quality in all logistical activities.
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Buddy lift up to 100 lbs. Mechanical assistance required for loads exceeding 100 lbs. (not added personnel).
- Ability to perform extended periods of computer-based work, including close visual focus.
- Office work is performed in an office setting that is climate controlled. Warehouse work is not climate controlled. Exposure to excessive heat and cold, wet/humid conditions, noise/vibration, hazards, dust and fumes.
