Responsibilities
- Own the consolidated P&L forecast, bringing inputs from across the business into a cohesive company-wide view and surfacing the insights that shape the decisions steering the company.
- Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives, with a specific focus on COGS (from component and BOM costs to manufacturing, supply chain, standard costs, and inventory), and partner with operations, engineering, and product management leaders to turn opportunities into realized savings.
- Lead the automation of existing finance processes and integrate AI into current workflows to improve the speed, accuracy, and scalability of forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Own executive reporting, delivering clear, decision-ready materials and insights to the leadership team and Board.
- Partner across finance, including the revenue forecasting team, and the broader organization to align the consolidated view, surface risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Adapt financial frameworks and forecasting approaches to support new and evolving business models as the company grows.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team as the function scales.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, including building and developing finance teams.
- We're looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Finance to own our consolidated financial forecast and serve as a key partner to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.

- The base salary range is 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD.
