Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals
Build strong relationships with internal clients to understand business priorities and implement effective HR solutions
Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance core processes including performance management, engagement surveys, and the employee lifecycle
Support the development and execution of engagement initiatives to drive satisfaction and retention
Support the resolution of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance concerns

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders and employees to build high-performing teams, drive engagement, and support a culture rooted in collaboration, inclusion, and innovation.
Reporting to the VP, HR Business Partner, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, helping leaders navigate change, develop talent, and create an environment where employees can thrive.

Provide guidance across key HR areas including employee relations, coaching, compensation, organizational development, and performance management

Partner with Learning & Development to support training, career development, and performance initiatives
