About the role
- Job Duties Troubleshoot and repair machinery in a timely efficient and safe manner while minimizing impact to production operations.
- Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
- Reassemble equipment after completion of maintenance or repairs.
Responsibilities
- Use machine manuals, drawings and schematics to perform maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities based on a schedule.
- Maintain records of activities.
- Coordinate with outside vendors to perform PM or maintenance tasks.
- Ensure and maintain up to date operating manuals for machinery and equipment.
- Help develop and maintain 6S standards.
- May have to work outside normal working hours to perform repairs or maintenance on equipment and machines.
Requirements
- Must be willing to get certified, if needed.
