About the role

Brown & Brown is seeking a Risk Control Specialist to join our growing team!
These services include annual loss control safety inspections, attendance at member safety committee meetings, and conducting routine training programs.
The position also calls for producing occasional safety articles.

The position calls for the ability to work independently with good time managements skills, and posses a very good ability to communicate with professionals in the municipal and school district environment.
Ability to communicate with members regarding their workplace injuries and safety programs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams for routine virtual training sessions.
Recruiting Vendors must have a valid written agreement and received prior written authorization from an authorized Brown & Brown representative before submitting candidates for any publicly posted role.

Minimum education - High School Diploma
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Exceptional telephone and video demeanor
Ability to work independently
Ability to travel freely by car, including occasional overnight
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred)

$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
