About the role

We can round through the facility together to ensure we stay survey ready.
I will help clean the supply room, mop the med room floors, and empty your shred box before it overflows.
I'll interview residents, educate staff and help complete the report.

Searching for my DON /RN Partner -
In search of a clinical partner who is in it for the long haul; not interested in a six-month fling.
Survey in the building?
I don't want you covering shifts, I want a well-rested DON to own the clinical processes.

Kansas (or compact state) RN license is required
1-2 years of DON experience
2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long Term Care (LTC)
Our team members back our DON 100%, all you have to do is send out a SOS and the team is there to help out!
Evaluate performance/skills/job knowledge of nursing staff
The right person must be passionate about the quality of care their residents receive, while also being passionate about growing the individuals around them through creating an empowered environment for all.
