  • Support teams through behavioral change journeys through coaching and other means Deliver workshops and presentations to provide insights and promote continuous improvement.
  • A Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green is considered an asset Experience using AI to both deliver improvement to clients is considered a strong asset and differentiator Interest in continually upskilling and a curiosity for emerging technologies and their applications in operational excellence.

Requirements

  • These individuals combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions.
  • Ability to take and apply feedback.
  • Experience with tools and techniques that facilitate digital transformation is not required but is an asset Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to present complex ideas in a clear, simplified manner.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders of any seniority in a professional manner Experience with in-person and virtual meetings or workshop facilitation.
  • Hands-on progressive professional experience with a focus on Lean Management, process mapping, stakeholder collaboration, working with high-performing teams, and utilizing technology to support operational improvements Self-motivated, ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks, and deliver with quality.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $69,600 - $116,100.
  • The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres.
  • At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
