About the role
- Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing.
- The role requires adherence to food safety, quality, animal welfare, and workplace safety standards while meeting production targets.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks on the production line safely and efficiently.
- Maintain production speed while following quality standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a cold environment (0-10°C).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Assist in other production areas as required.
Nice to have
- Poultry processing experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation
