About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring status.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in construction recruitment, preferably in the industrial and design-build sectors.
