Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop specific strategies to target and recruit needs based talent
- Manage a pipeline of positions ranging from administrative and customer service based, to accounting and technical
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify best practices and streamline workflows
- Manage the recruiting cycle from start to finish, including working with placement agencies to address staffing needs
Requirements
- You have a bias for action to move quickly and respond to all inquiries with lightning speed.
- You are both a magician and a trapeze artist, working hard to balance priorities to make everything look like a breeze!
- You have a sense of humor.
- You are fun to work with but know how to buckle down and get the job done!
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Taleo Enterprise Edition
- Strong background and proven ability to recruit for a broad range of positions including customer service and call center type roles as well as skilled positions such as accounting, finance and technology
Nice to have
- 2 years experience as a full cycle corporate recruiter in the mortgage, banking or financial services industry
- technical recruiter experience a plus
- BS/BA in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
