About the role
- The University of Illinois Hospital Clinics seeks to fill (2) two vacancies within the Storekeeper I classification.
- This position's available shift is Monday- Friday, 7:30 PM- 4:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Check incoming orders against items listed on requisitions, invoices, or other forms.
Responsibilities
- Order supplies to maintain inventory par levels using PMM replenishment requisition.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Receive, store, issue, load, and unload equipment, and supply items when required.
- When required, label supply items with identifying codes, etc.
- Participate in staff meetings and required in-services.
Benefits
- Rotate specified stock according to receipt date.
- Perform Distribution Services related duties and responsibilities, ensuring the section meets it's 24 hours, seven days a week responsibility to the Medical Center.
