About the role
- Define and scale SOPs/BSPs, operational frameworks, reporting, training, and communication rhythms to ensure consistent execution.
- Champion operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability through data-driven decision-making.
- Translate BAU operations into scalable NSO playbooks, tools, and multi-format frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end retail operations, driving improvement across inventory accuracy, logistics, shrink, labor planning, payroll, compliance, risk, property, and retail technology (POS, apps, endless aisle).
- Act as the primary operational partner to stores, prioritizing field needs and customer experience.
- Lead vendor and supplier management to ensure quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Serve as a senior cross-functional partner and retail consultant across the business.
- Lead and govern the full NSO lifecycle, ensuring consistency, budget control, and alignment with global standards.
- Partner with Retail Training to deliver onboarding, soft openings, and operational handover.
- Lead and develop high-performing retail and NSO teams, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
- Own retail operations and NSO budgets, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Retail & operations experience in a fast paced, high volume and agile environment
- Experience with retail labour management
- Experience in new store openings in a variety of formats in North America
- Ability to shift between the strategic and the operational details
- Experience in decision making, negotiation and problem solving
- All candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

Compensation
- This role has a salary range between $120,000-140,000.
