Responsibilities
- Owns the measurement strategy, inclusive of defining metrics and experimental approaches that validate sustained behavior change and demonstrate business-relevant outcomes beyond activity.
- Drive a coordinated enterprise upskilling approach, partnering across all capability owners to ensure alignment, shared visibility, and consistent design and unified employee experience.
- Lead a high-performing team and manage budget and vendor strategy, ensuring operational excellence, accessibility, and compliance across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 12+ years of progressive experience including 5+ years as a people leader
- Deep subject matter expertise and experience launching AI/GenAI/Digital and other enterprise-wide initiatives at scale with measurable business impact.
- Strong fluency in AI and GenAI concepts and implications for work (use cases, data/privacy considerations) and the ability to translate for executives and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MS)
- Experience launching enterprise-scale programs across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with responsible AI and AI governance topics (policy enablement, model risk concepts, privacy/security collaboration) and translating guardrails into practical employee behaviors.

- $178,000.00 - $307,050.00
