  • This is not the current reality for many parents who have children with special needs.
  • These parents face significant challenges…
  • Finding care: It is the wild west to find care, with most turning to unsophisticated solutions such as blogs and Facebook group and nothing exists that tells families who is good, in-network, and available.
  • Fighting for care: Between insurance denials and schools holding back services, parents are often on the phone for hours every week fighting for the care their child needs.
  • Paying for care: Parents often pay thousands of dollars out-of-pocket or forgo care altogether because of the costs and most don't realize there are government programs and nonprofit grants that will often cover expenses.
  • These issues lead parents of children with special needs to be 24% more likely to develop depression than their peers, and 50% have to reduce or quit their jobs to manage everything.
  • We can do so much better, and that's why we created Beaming Health
