Here at GSA our portfolio includes nearly 200 buildings, totaling over 5 million square feet and vary greatly from cutting-edge new construction to one of the oldest and most unique high-rises in NC.

This position also works closely with Facilities Design Construction to ensure that buildings are built in a sustainable and maintainable manner.
Function as or work collaboratively with Project Managers on establishing the scope, budget, design, schedule and implementation of the project
Analyze a range of data inputs including utility data and building system information to identify meaningful trends that will assist in decision-making processes and interpret diagnostics on system operations in order to maintain the integrity of core building systems
This position includes analyzing and presenting data and making repairs and improvements in energy efficiency in the building portfolio and serving as Project Manager for energy projects.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and general construction principals and processes is required to offer guidance to all related
