About the role
- The Special Events Manager should have a strong leadership background and enjoy coaching and leading a team.
- This individual should embrace leading by example.
Responsibilities
- The Special Events Manager position will entail building and running all aspects of our Event Marketing Program.
- The Event Marketing program's goal will be to generate as many qualified leads as possible, by scheduling appointments for in-home estimates live from the event.
- Keep a record of all the shows we are considering and build a database of shows to look into each year.
- Brainstorm and create cost effective ways to attract homeowners into our booth.
- Create a process to coach team members up, or coach them out if they are unable to produce the expected number of leads over a specified period of time.

Compensation
- $65,000-$90,000 per year total compensation
