Responsibilities
- Ensures that no critical exceptions are present in documents prior to funding.
- Authorizes release of loan proceeds upon appropriate review of documents, including responsibility for large dollar commercial monetary transactions to the individual's specific limits.
- Monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Utilizes intranet-based DAC Tracking tool to track productivity and workflow; reviews daily reports to self-manage work in progress.
Requirements
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Ability to operate a keyboard if required to perform the essential job functions
- Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions
- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of related experience and/or training
