About the role
- This is a hands-on leadership role, not a purely strategic one.
- You'll report directly to the CEO and have real authority over how this business grows.
Responsibilities
- This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an established, high-retention portfolio and build the strategy, team, and playbook to take it into new state markets nationally.
- You'll personally own the most important agency relationships in the portfolio, close new state and local government business yourself, and build the team around you as the vertical scales.
Requirements
- Travel required up to 30-40% of the time, with more frequent travel expected during initial ramp-up and market expansion phases.

- $30k-$40k
