About the role
- This is not a traditional sourcing role.
Responsibilities
- Build pipelines of specialized talent, including engineers, technicians, program managers, business professionals, and leadership candidates
- Bring creative sourcing ideas, market insights, and talent availability data to recruiting partners and business leaders
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and priority profiles
- Support sourcing strategy, candidate calibration, and pipeline development
- Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS and CRM systems
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and support employer branding efforts
- This salaried position is offered through Sustainable Talent, Ford's strategic talent partner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
Compensation
- $80,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, education, and work location.
- This range reflects the good-faith annual compensation we expect to pay the successful candidate upon hire.
