About the role
- The X-37B OTV is the United States' most advanced, state-of-the-art reentry space craft.
- NASA Access: This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations
- Support the organization to implement strategies and plans
Requirements
- More than 1 year of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- More than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- More than 1 year of experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- A final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with project management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams

- Associate Level 2:
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under general direction
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
- The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
- This position is for 1st or 2nd shift however, candidates must be willing to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required.
