About the role

  • Resolve conflicts between business priorities and technical feasibility through negotiation and consensus building.
  • Lead and mentor engineers and ensure seamless handoffs to implementation teams.
  • Support joint go‑to‑market efforts that accelerate partner growth and elevate the Convera ecosystem's technical maturity.
