A bachelor's degree and two years of related experience which should include regulatory or compliance experience, and/or accounting/finance experience.

Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
Customer service and presentation skills.
Ability to discern extenuating circumstances that may affect financial aid eligibility.
