Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and two years of related experience which should include regulatory or compliance experience, and/or accounting/finance experience.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to work with numbers, details, and deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend complex federal financial aid regulations.
  • Ability to have a solid understanding of academic processes, as well as courses and terms relevant to the medical school.
  • Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Customer service and presentation skills.
  • Ability to discern extenuating circumstances that may affect financial aid eligibility.
