You will work with Payroll and other teams to resolve employee inquiries.
You will update Shared Services documentation.
You will help Talent Acquisition with job postings, interviews, onboarding, and new employee orientation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Foundational HR knowledge or Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification (preferred)

Familiarity with Workday, Microsoft Office, and ServiceNow case management tools
Strong focus on data integrity and security
Problem-solving and process improvement skills
Ability to interpret data and lead corrections
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Excellent listening and consulting with employees through personal and sometimes difficult circumstances
Adaptability to change

Exceptional time management and communication skills
This role follows a hybrid work model based in our Boston, MA office (two days in office)

You will assist employees in a timely manner with questions about benefits, compensation, immigration, leave, and HR policies.
