Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions about training effectiveness.

Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training programs (e.g., completion rates, employee performance improvements, retention rates).
Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.

Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, field qualification programs, and technical development initiatives.
Curate and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Development
+5 Years in Learning and Development, Training Design, Organizational Development
Proficiency with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
