Responsibilities
- Lead concurrent projects to deliver program objectives
- Manage senior stakeholders, including executive engagement
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to support leadership action
- Run structured updates and program reviews to maintain alignment
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed
- Maintain clear program visibility and enforce accountability

Requirements
- 10+ years leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs
- Experience managing performance to KPIs and driving accountability
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g. copilots, summarisation tools, or chatbots) with an ability to critically evaluate and verify AI-generated outputs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong fundamentals in planning, scheduling, dependency and risk management
- Experience in cloud, healthcare, or enterprise technology environments preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn, evaluate, adapt to, propose and implement AI-augmented workflows in order to continually enhance your own, and the team's productivity

Compensation
- $147,000 - $185,000 USD
