About the role
- At Banner House, the Pool Bartender plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all members and guests who visit our taqueria/pool.
- As a Pool Bartender, you will be an ambassador for the Banner House at T Bar M brand and its food and drink offerings.

- Additionally, having a passion for craft cocktails and a thirst for exploring new and innovative drive creations will be highly valued.
- Ability to multitask effectively and deliver drink orders promptly while maintaining consistency.
- Your professional demeanor, positive energy, and engaging personality will contribute to a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere that encourages conversation and drives sales.
Requirements
- Proficiency in crafting cocktails, including working with seasonally influenced perishable ingredients.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service. (e.g., TIPS certification) is required.
