About the role

  • We are looking for an Senior Accountant to join the Finance team eager to make a quick impact on the team.
  • This is a great opportunity to join a small team helping to scale a high growth SaaS business.
  • Review and enhance existing systems and tech stack to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage technology, including AI, to enhance and automate processes to support company growth.
  • Participate in technology and tech stack transformation to support company growth.
  • Perform critical accounting functions such as recording, reconciling and analyzing G/L account transactions.
  • Build and leverage cross-functional relationships within the company to more effectively bring value to Accounting and achieve company goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of accounting experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in GL, account receivables, accounts payable, tax, and payroll.
  • Previous work experience in the SaaS industry.
  • We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.

Nice to have

  • Quickbooks, Maxio or other large ERP experience is a plus.
  • Process improvement and automation experience is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate manual processes is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong written, oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
