Lead and develop a team
Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests
Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service

At least 5 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
3-5 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service, and asset maintenance
Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
Ability to read, write, and speak English

The market rent is included as additional income to your base salary and automatically applied to the 100% of the rent cost.
15 hours of paid time annually for community service.

Expected pay rate of $28.00 - $30.00 per hour + 15% target bonus opportunity.
