Physical Stamina: Capability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal fashion.

The ideal candidate for the Deburr/Assembly Technician role should possess:
Technical Expertise: Experience with various deburring tools and techniques, including hand tools, pneumatic tools, and automated deburring machines.
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct imperfections with precision.
Knowledge of Blueprints: Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work in compliance with them.
Inspecting parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and documenting any deviations.
The ideal candidate for the

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to communicate technical instructions with engineering department.

Must be able to meet all ITAR and BATFE background requirements

Removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from machined parts using various tools and techniques.
Ensuring deburring tools and equipment are well-maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
