Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and seek guidance when required
- Knowledge if University policies and procedures, and ability to apply them appropriately in an administrative environment
- The Graduate Research Office provides leadership and support across Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidature management, recruitment, finance, engagement, and training.
Compensation
- Cultural Load and allowance - providing up to $8,944 per year to First Nations employees who are contributing cultural knowledge and perspectives beyond the scope of their role

Company info
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Graduate Research Office, including coordinating events, workshops and seminars, managing office procedures, financial processes, records, calendars, contracts, timesheets, and reception services
- Deliver high-quality customer service and stakeholder support by assisting HDR students and staff, responding to enquiries, facilitating connections with relevant University services, and maintaining effective working relationships across the University
- Support graduate research operations and compliance by assisting with HDR admissions, candidacy and business processes, policy development and implementations, committee activities, and ensuring adherence to University policies, procedures, and values
