  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Medical Affairs, including at least 3 years of experience in strategic publications planning.
  • Proven track record in scientific communications.
  • Exceptional project management abilities.
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Superior scientific acumen and communication skills.
  • Experience in Nephrology and/or Hematology.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management.
  • Experience managing external vendors and overseeing project budgets.
  • Caring Deeply.

Compensation

  • Tuition reimbursement of up to $10,000 per calendar year
