- PharmD, PhD, or MD in a relevant life science field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Medical Affairs, including at least 3 years of experience in strategic publications planning.
- Proven track record in scientific communications.
- Exceptional project management abilities.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Superior scientific acumen and communication skills.
- Experience in Nephrology and/or Hematology.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management.
- Experience managing external vendors and overseeing project budgets.
- Caring Deeply.
Compensation
- Tuition reimbursement of up to $10,000 per calendar year
