Requirements

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience / Master's in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally write and tune match rules, merge rules, and survivorship logic to produce "golden records" across Capability, Consent, Payer, Patient, HCP/HCO domains.
  • Familiarity with master data management platforms and commercial data architectures or comparable products.
  • Must be able to identify operational weakness and personally implement corrective action / plan.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills

  • Establish and run the Commercial Data Stewardship Program.
  • Ensure MDM technologies and platforms align with commercial business requirements and configure them to meet those needs.
  • Conduct impact assessments and hands-on cross-functional reviews for system changes, integrations, and new data sources.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and integrations to ensure reliable and timely data delivery.

Compensation

  • $150,200.00 - $200,200.00 annually BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location.
  • The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.
  • Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only.
  • Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
