About the role

Sigma Defense is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
The hired candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional office environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple facility-related responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Perform routine cleaning, minor building repairs, grounds maintenance, and coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repair and maintenance services.
Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance of building systems, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Replace light bulbs, air filters, ceiling tiles, and perform basic painting and touch-up work.
Maintain restrooms, including cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, counters, and fixtures.
Ensure the facility maintains a clean, safe, and professional appearance at all times.
Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas.
Trim shrubs, remove weeds, and perform seasonal grounds upkeep.
Maintain sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, and exterior common spaces.
Maintain maintenance records and documentation.

Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
