Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performance, multi-function team to take the business forward and demonstrate superior leadership in line with the PayPal values.
  • Write quality code and build secure, highly available software systems.
  • Drive AI automation initiatives to enhance platform efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and improve business processes through intelligent automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Business Intelligence, reporting, data warehousing, data modeling, design & development of BI applications (4 years);
  • Experience designing and implementing large and complex software platforms across diverse environments (4 years);
  • Experience with the following program languages: PERL, Python, Core Java, and UNIX (4 years);
  • Experience with Data Mining (4 years);
  • Experience with Project Management (4 years);
  • Experience with Data modeling techniques to support complex OLAP & ODS reporting solutions (4 years);
  • Experience with Oracle (4 years);
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (4 years).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
  • Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Compensation

  • $217,568.00-273,500.00 per annum.
  • Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
