About the role
- Citadel CPM is in search of a senior, experienced Program Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will take charge of resolving complex construction project-related issues, disputes, and disagreements, ensuring smooth progress throughout all phases of the projects.

Responsibilities
- Primary day-to-day point of contact for the owner, contract, and design-builder.
- Manage and provide oversight to Architects, Engineers, Schedulers, Estimators, and Construction Managers.
- Assist with developing the PDB Procurement Documents.
- Review design status and overall construction progress relative to submitted construction schedules.
- Develops and implements appropriate risk allocation and management strategies for design-build projects.
- Review and verify submitted applications for payment and perform overall fiscal management of multiple construction projects.

- Additionally, you will play a key role in developing, assigning, and meticulously monitoring the performance of Construction Managers.
- Design Build Institute of America designation credential.
Requirements
- 15 years full time paid professional experience in project/construction management.
- 3 years of experience in managing Progressive Design-Build large programs or projects having construction values exceeding $200 million (not cumulative)
- 5 years of experience in public works or large commercial construction projects.
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of the Form I-9 and E-Verify process, as required by law.
