Responsibilities
- Network architecture design, upgrades, and optimization
- Provide connectivity to USSOCOM and Dept of War between multiple OCONUS media ports to two data centers (US/Washington DC Area and EU/NATIO nations) to deliver multi-cast video from various manned/unmanned sources.
Nice to have
- Advanced troubleshooting and system enhancements
- Backup, version control, and cyber defense integration
- Cost optimization and performance improvement
- StarShield integration
- Experience with Cisco Next-Generation firewalls (SFMC/FTD)
- Cisco CCIE certification OR two Cisco CCNP certifications, including CCNP Data Center.
- Candidates without a CCIE must obtain a third CCNP certification within 10 weeks of hire.
- Deep LAN/WAN experience (EIGRP, BGP, MPLS)
