The company develops, finances, owns, and operates charging solutions that take the cost and complexity out of electrifying fleets.

5+ years in a quality engineering, reliability engineering, or systems engineering role - ideally in power electronics, energy storage, EV charging, or industrial electrical equipment
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, system architecture diagrams, and hardware test reports
Expertise in high-voltage and low-power electrical systems, including deep, protocol-level debugging of complex in-field customer issues in the EV charging space.
Demonstrated hands-on debugging expertise of communication protocols between EV & EVSE including ISO 15118-2 & 20, DIN 70121, and OCPP protocols.
Experience in practical understanding of CCS, NACS, MCS standards
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field

Working knowledge of OCPI & OCPP 2.* standards
Familiarity with charge management systems and fleet telematics data
Working experience with Hardware and IoT integrations into backend services
Hands-on experience with EV/EVSE Emulator systems for functional and integration testing
Hands-on experience with automation in Python and integrating with CI/CD pipelines
